I. Logistics and Supply Chain Management – Training and Recruiting in 2022

• Study location and duration:
  + Phase 1: At Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport (UT-HCMC);
  + Phase 2 (2 final years): At Korea Maritime and Ocean University
• The bachelor’s degree granted by: Korea Maritime and Ocean University
• Medium of instruction: English
• Extra language: Korean
• Subjects: Bachelor’s Program in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Program Objectives: Training associated with practice, in-depth knowledge of International Logistics and Supply Chain Management, meeting the human resources’ demand for the market. With a duration of 140 credits, divided into 2 phases: the first 2 years of studying at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport (UT-HCMC), the last 2 years of study at the Korea Maritime and Ocean University.

• Introduction of Korea Maritime Ocean University (KMOU):
  + KMOU is a public university, the largest national training center in Korea in the field of Maritime;

II. Port and Logistics Management – Training and Recruiting in 2022

  + Phase 1: At Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport (UT-HCMC);
  + Phase 2 (2 final years): At Tongmyong University, Korea.
• The bachelor’s degree granted by: Tongmyong University, Korea
• Medium of instruction: English
• Extra language: Korean
• Subjects: Bachelor’s Program in Port and Logistics Management
• Program Objectives:Training associated with practice, intensive training in knowledge of port development & operation, international transport & logistics and supply chain management, to meet the human resources’ demand for the market. The program consists of 52 subjects (total 140 credits), which are trained over a period of 4 years. In the first 2 years, students study at Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport with subjects taught by qualified lecturers with good foreign language proficiency ​​to meet the requirements of the joint program. As for subjects related to practice, the University invites lecturers from prestigious corporations to teach, contributing to a wealth of knowledge and practical experience. Besides, students also have a chance to participate in practical experiments and internships at Ports and Logistics companies.   + Tongmyong University has the highest rate of graduates getting jobs in Southeast Korea for many years.

• Program Objectives: Training highly qualified AI and IT human resources, providing for the abundant demand of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 for Korea, Vietnam and the world. The duration of the program is 4 years, the first 2 years at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport (UT-HCMC), the last 2 years at Tongmyong University, Korea.
• Introduction of Tongmyong University, Korea:
  + Was established in 1977, located in Busan City (2nd largest city in Korea and one of the largest seaport cities in the world).

IV. International Logistics Management- expected Training and Recruiting in 2022

• Study location and duration:
  + Phase 1 (two first years): Study Port and Logistics Management Program
  + Phase 2 (one final year): Study International Logistics Management Program of Solent University (United Kingdom)
  Note: students can choose to study one final year in Vietnam or the United Kingdom. If students wish to be granted the Master Degree of International Shipping and Logistics, they can study one more year (IELTS 6.5). Therefore, over a 4- year period, students are able to be granted 2 kinds of degrees: one bachelor’s degree ( International Logistics Management) and one master’s degree ( International Shipping and Logistics) from Solent University (United Kingdom).

• Program Objectives: Training highly qualified Logistics human resources to supply the labor market in the field of International Logistics. Creating opportunities for students who do not want to study abroad but still fully access foreign programs and receive international degrees in Vietnam. • Introduction of  Solent University (United Kingdom)
