[HCM ] [Yusen Logistics Vietnam – Recruiting Import and Export Documents Officer]
Location: Saigon Riverside Office Center, District 1, HCMC
* Position: IMPORT AND EXPORT DOCUMENT OFFICER
– In charge of the work related to the shipment including receiving information, updating the system, checking and comparing documents and the system, issuing FCR, receiving SWB from the carrier, sending documents to the consignee to complete the import procedures.
– Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and solve arising problems within the scope of their work and responsibilities
– Work with stakeholders, update information and handle any issues in a timely manner
– Prepare Debit/Credit note for customers, follow up on payments and update reports
– Contribute ideas /initiatives to enhance productivity / efficiency
– Have at least 6 months of experience in dealing with import and export documents.
– Have good English skills.
– Be careful, agile, and hard-working.
